These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Exoticloot LLC, a Limited Liability Company (“Exoticloot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the exoticloot.com website and our related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any of these policies, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Independent Service Disclaimer

Exoticloot operates as an independent online digital goods store that facilitates the buying and selling of virtual in-game items between players.

No Affiliation: Exoticloot is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with any game developer, publisher, platform, or trademark owner. All product and company names are the registered trademarks of their original owners. The use of any trade name or trademark is for identification and reference purposes only.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

To use our Services and make a purchase, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

You are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, OR you have obtained verifiable, explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services and make purchases.
All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any order, terminate accounts, or stop doing business with anyone at any time for any lawful reason.

Pricing Errors & Corrections: We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel any orders placed under an incorrect price.
Order Cancellation & Refunds:
• If Exoticloot cancels an order due to our inability to deliver the purchased items, technical issues on our side, inventory unavailability, or any other reason for which we are responsible, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• If you request to cancel or refund an order that is otherwise eligible for cancellation under our Refund Policy, we reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable payment processing fees, refund processing fees, or other transaction costs incurred by Exoticloot before issuing your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Delivery Process

All virtual items are delivered manually by an Exoticloot representative joining your game and completing an in-game trade.

Initiating Delivery: An order is considered to be officially in processing only after you contact us (for example, through our website’s live chat) and explicitly request to claim or begin delivery of your order.
Delivery Delays: Any estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to game updates, server maintenance, platform outages, trading restrictions, security reviews, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as soon as possible once such issues are resolved.
Proof of Delivery: We record all transactions. We reserve the right to use screen recordings, screenshots, in-game trade history, order logs, and internal records as definitive proof of delivery.

5. Identity Verification and Anti-Fraud Measures

To protect our platform and customers from fraud, unauthorized transactions, and chargeback abuse, we employ strict verification protocols.

Verification Requests: For suspicious, high-value, unusual, or potentially fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to request identity verification before completing your order.
Required Documentation: Verification may include requesting a government-issued ID, a selfie verification, proof of payment ownership, or other reasonable methods.
Refusal to Verify: Failure to complete a requested verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the immediate cancellation and refund of your order.

6. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Purchasing third-party digital goods carries inherent risks associated with the policies of respective game developers.

Account Actions: Exoticloot is not responsible if your game account is suspended, restricted, wiped, penalized, or permanently banned by any game developer or publisher after purchasing or receiving virtual items from us.
No Warranties: The Services and digital items are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Exoticloot LLC, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the specific order in dispute.

7. Intellectual Property & User Content

Our IP: Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, source code, databases, functionality, software, and website text are owned or controlled by Exoticloot LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No User Content: Users are prohibited from posting reviews, forum posts, comments, profile pictures, or other public-facing user-generated content on our platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchases made through Exoticloot shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration conducted in the State of Wyoming, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You and Exoticloot agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

9. Miscellaneous

Electronic Communications: Visiting the website, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, or acts of God.
